A candidate must provide recent TB clearance. “Recent” is defined as obtained within the last 60 days. Clearance can be provided in one of the following ways:

1. TB Risk Assessment completed by medical personnel 

2. Medical note from Dr. stating patient does not currently have TB

3. Negative TB test

4. Chest x-ray

Documentation must be submitted as a PDF. It cannot be submitted as a jpeg or screenshot and converted to a PDF.

Candidates who attend SSU may contact the Student Health Center to inquire about obtaining clearance through them.
