PK-3 Preliminary Credential Field Experience

A total of at least 45 hours of pre-program field experience is required and MUST be completed by the close of the application period. 

The field experience must comply with the following guidelines:

• 45 hours of experience working with children from age 3 to 8.
• Completion of at least 45 hours of experience as a teacher's assistant working with children from age 3 to 8.
• Completion of at least 45 hours of experience as a teacher of children from age 3 to age 8.
• Successful completion of any course(s) which involved field experiences of 45 hours during which you worked with children from age 3 to age 8.
