Desirée Poindexter is a Sonoma State University and Santa Rosa Junior College alumna. She joined the School of Education at Sonoma State in 2017. Desirée is a passionate advocate for social justice, education, equity and accessibility. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring, creating, music, art, reading and volunteering.
